JAKARTA, investor.id – Director of PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (COAL) Hartono resigned. This is according to the letter the company received from the person concerned on January 3, 2023.
“We herewith inform you that on January 3, 2023 PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk received Hartono’s resignation letter as director of the company,” explained Black Diamond Main Director Donny Janson Manua in an information disclosure quoted on Thursday (5/1/2023).

He added that the application for resignation would be decided at the general meeting of shareholders (GMS) on March 31, 2023.
“The company’s business and operational activities continue to run normally,” complete Donny Janson Manua.

Black Diamond Resources first listed (listings) shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on September 7, 2022. The company is engaged in coal mining through subsidiaries.
During Wednesday’s trading (4/1/2023), COAL shares closed at IDR 135 or fell 4.93%. In the last 3 months, COAL shares have fallen 70.39%.
